![]() Has anyone run into this issue before? My users are still complaining and at this point I am totally shooting in the dark to get this thing to stop. I also tested older version 4.9 LTSR CU2. Another test with using the Citrix-Apps over browser gives the same result. I have tried all those registry flags too and some users still have these authentication popups over and over and over. I removed the old receiver using the cleanup utility, then cleaning the registry and install the receiver 4.9 (logged in as Administrator and runs the program as Administrator) This behaviour is independent of the user account. That got rid of the popups for my profile but not others. Customers using Citrix Receiver are strongly recommended to upgrade to Citrix Workspace app. I have been searching google and found a solution where you disable the startup in task manager. I have users complaining about the constant authentication popups when using Citrix 4.9 LTSR. ![]() To get flair with your certification level send a picture of your certificate with your Reddit username in the picture to the moderators.
